Jean-Etienne realized his first real vintage and took in hand all the cuvage under the watchful eye of Pierre-Marie who has let a great autonomy to the winemaking team.
Jean-Etienne was assisted by Andrea, oenologist as well, who arrived at the domain in May by having vinified in great domains.
The team was very conscientious, organised, performing and knew how to keep good vibes.
