PRESSING AND WINEMAKING 2017

The new plantations give the first pressing of Primeur Les Griottes. 

The juices are sweet and concentrated. 

Due to the excellent ripeness and quality of the grapes, the winemaking proceeded quite easily. 

We quickly has a good outlet of color and structure. We then proceeded to macerations quite short, between 6 to 10 days depending on the crus. 

The primeurs look colorful and vinous.
