THE CREMANTS BEGAN THE HARVEST 2017

On Sunday 27th, we started the yield of Chardonnay in Saint Verand and Le Bois d'Oingt with a view of elaborating the Cremants de Bourgogne.

The yield is very low due to Spring frost and Summer drought.

The grape berries are very fine and close. The quality is beautiful, no sorting is needed.

The white grapes are pressed right after the picking, the juice will produce the base wines for the Cremants.
