Today, around 10% of our juice finishes fermenting in acacia barrels. This ageing process will impart finesse, elegance and a subtle floral touch, enhancing the Chardonnay from our clay-limestone terroirs.

In a few months, our 2025 Beaujolais Blanc will be ready!
