HARVEST 2016 from the 17th of September to the 7th of October

The harvest has started on the 17th of September according to the usual period. After a cool and rainy spring, the summer has appeared and we still enjoy today a sunny and warm climate. The harvest is taking place under the sun for 3 weeks. Nights have always been cool, which guarantees an excellent sanitary state and allows the development of the wine aromas. We have started to pick the Chardonnay for the Crémant de Bourgogne, then the cru at Brouilly, then Fleurie and Moulin à Vent, while we harvest the Gamay at Saint-Vérand to finish around the 7th of October with the Chardonnay for the Beaujolais Blanc.
