Martine Chermette will make you discover her recipe "Wine poached pears" with the Beaujolais Coeur de Vendanges. You will also find the Fleurie Poncié 2016 served with the Chef Antony Bonnet's meal from the Cours des Loges in Lyon "a slice of poultry accompanied by a puree of watercress and his little vegetables in foil ".
