French label HVE3 (High Environmental Value): our efforts on the environment, undertaken for many years, have been rewarded by the HVE3 certification which is the highest level for the environmental certification of farms in France.

Chefs et Chais is a dynamic Beaujolais association bringing together restaurateurs and winegrowers from the region but also a chocolate maker, a market gardener, a cheese maker. Their talents have been brought together in a book “Goûtons voir” with 69 recipes available for sale.
