Moulin à Vent Les Trois RochesThe three different plots of vines we use for this cuvée, Rochegrès, La Rochelle et Roche Noire, give respectively finesse, power and fruit. The aromatic palate is wide, going from very ripe small red berries through to spice with mineral notes.
Every year, Beaujolais Nouveau is released on the 3rd Thursday in November. At Domaine du Vissoux, we like our Beaujolais Nouveau to be crafted as true wines. Our Beaujolais Nouveau is crafted in the same way as the rest of our wines. Vat selection for our nouveau wine comes later, on tasting, when we choose the most supple, fruity wine.
